Mondays

Tremble Clefs Chorus
10:30 a.m. - noon, weekly
The Tremble Clefs choral group is designed to help strengthen the voices of people with Parkinson's disease. Registration is required.

Partner Loss Bereavement Group
1:30 - 3:00 p.m., weekly 
This group offers emotional and spiritual support for adults who are grieving the loss of a partner/spouse. Pre-registration is required. 
 
Alzheimer’s or Other Dementia Adult Child Group
7:00 - 8:30 p.m., click link for dates 

Our Adult Child Group offers adults who are supporting a parent or parents living with dementia the opportunity to share resources and find mutual support and encouragement. Pre-registration is required.

Tuesdays

Brookline New Parents Group
10:00 - 11:30 a.m., weekly
Our new parents groups provide safe and nurturing spaces for parents and their babies to give and receive support. Parents with a baby under the age of one are invited to attend. Registration is recommended but not required. 

Parkinson's Care Support Group I (Waltham)
10:30 a.m. - noon, bi-weekly
Care Partner Support Groups help reduce stress for family members as they share strategies, concerns, and ways to cope. Registration is required.

Parkinsons Care Support Group (North Shore)
11:00 - 12:30 p.m., bi-weekly
Care Partner Support Groups help reduce stress for family members as they share strategies, concerns, and ways to cope. Registration is required.
 
Pregnancy Support Group
Noon - 12:45 p.m., weekly 
A weekly support group for women who are pregnant. The group is open to all women during their pregnancy. Registration is required.
 
Fragile Beginnings Support Group
Noon - 1:00 p.m., weekly 
This support group for parents whose babies have spent time in the NICU provides an opportunity to connect with other parents who have shared similar experiences and concerns. Registration is required.
 

Medford New Parents Group
12:30 - 2:00 p.m., weekly
Our new parents groups provide safe and nurturing spaces for parents and their babies to give and receive support. Parents with a baby under the age of one are invited to attend. Registration is recommended but not required.

Postpartum Depression Support Group
1:00 - 2:30 p.m., weekly
Our weekly support group for mothers suffering from postpartum depression or anxiety provides a nurturing environment for moms to talk about their experiences. Registration is required.

6:00 - 6:45 p.m., weekly
A Music Therapy Group for people with mental health diagnoses. Registration is required.  
 
6:30 - 7:30 p.m., 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month
Providing suicide loss survivors with a safe, supportive and judgement free environment where they can express themselves, find comfort, hope and resources with others confronting the pain and loss of a suicide Pre-registration is required.
 
Parkinson's Adult Child Group
7:00 - 8:30 p.m., monthly
Our Adult Child Group offers adults who are supporting a parent or parents with Parkinson's disease the opportunity to share resources and find mutual support and encouragement. Pre-registration is required.

Wednesdays

 
10:30 a.m. - noon, weekly
Therapeutic Movement and Dance targets the movement challenges of Parkinson's disease. Registration is required.
 
1:00 - 2:30 p.m., weekly
A weekly support group for parents of toddlers. The group is open to parents with children who are 1-3 years old. Registration is required.
 
1:30 - 3:00 p.m., weekly
Our new parents groups provide safe and nurturing spaces for parents and their babies to give and receive support. Parents with a baby under the age of one are invited to attend. Registration is recommended but not required.
 
Sibshops
4:00 - 5:00 p.m., select weeks
Sibshops gives siblings of children with disabilities the opportunity to share their feelings, vent about being a sib, and play fun games. We welcome new siblings to join! Registration is required.

New Adoptive Parents Support Group
10:00 - 11:30 a.m., weekly
A weekly support group for adoptive parents to share the unique experiences of parenting a child through adoption. This group is open to parents and babies up to one year old. Hybrid model, meeting in-person the first Friday of the month and virtually for the other three Fridays. Registration is required.

Sharon New Parents Group
10:00 - 11:30 a.m., weekly
Our new parents groups provide safe and nurturing spaces for parents and their babies to give and receive support. Parents with a baby under the age of one are invited to attend. Registration is recommended but not required.
 
JF&CS Memory Café
Meets monthly, usually on the first Friday of the month, 10 am to noon. Contact Beth Soltzberg at bsoltzberg@jfcsboston.org or 781-693-5628 for dates and programs.
The JF&CS Memory Café is a welcoming gathering for people living with memory changes.  Registration is required. 
 

Sundays
